DISCOVER OUR STORY
My grandfather's hands were never still around the hives. "Bees know when you're afraid," he'd tell me. "They know when you're rushing. So we don't rush."
I was seven when he first let me hold a frame heavy with honey, bees crawling across my small fingers. I should have been terrified. Instead, I felt trusted.
That's the feeling I want to give you — that feeling of being trusted with something precious.
When Honeyverse asked me to be part of this, I said yes because they understood something most don't: that honey isn't a product, it's a place. A season. A pair of hands. When you adopt a hive, you'll find it on our virtual apiary map, follow every harvest and know exactly which region your honey came from.
Each hive has its own personality. Some are gentle, some are fierce, all are tended with the same patience my grandfather taught me. And now, if you choose, you can be part of their story too.
From the bees to your table, from our Italian hills to your home, Honeyverse brings you closer to something real — honey made the way it should be. With patience. With care. With love.

Yes — you're welcome to visit our partner Hives in Tuscany. The hives you adopt live on the Honeyverse map, so there's no wooden box in a field with your name on it — but the partner Hives are real, and they're open to you. You'll meet the bees, the beekeeper, and the plac. Contact us to arrange a visit during harvest season.
Three things make Honeyverse different. First, every batch is single-region Italian — not a blend of cheap imported honey like 70%+ of supermarket honey. Each shipment is from one Italian region (Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia, Tuscany), so you taste the actual place. Second, every batch is lab-tested for moisture, HMF (overheating marker), diastase enzymes, pollen origin, and microbiology — sourced through a Bureau Veritas IFS Food Higher Level certified producer (97.07% audit score). Third, your jar comes with a story
Your first shipment goes out shortly after adoption. Subsequent deliveries are sent on a regular schedule, and most orders arrive within about a week depending on your location. Packaging is designed to protect the jars during transit.
Yes — you can add your own text to the label, whether it’s your name or a gift message. The customization tool lets you preview the design before placing your order.
Adoptions renew annually, but you’re always in control and can cancel before renewal. We’ll notify you ahead of time so you can decide whether to continue.
